Eternally lets anyone publish a dedication or a brand ad in exchange for a payment. The larger the amount contributed, the higher the visibility the message receives (Hall of Fame). Payment is currently made via PayPal and is verified automatically before the message awaits content review.
Every submitted message stays "pending" until the administrator manually verifies that the content complies with these rules. Only after that review is the message published.
We do not accept messages or brand links that contain or promote:
The administrator reserves the right to reject any message, with or without detailed justification, if deemed inappropriate for the platform.
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once a message has been rejected for violating section 3 of these Terms — this risk is assumed by the person publishing at the time they submit their content.
The only exception is if the rejection was due to an administrator error (for example, mistakenly rejecting content that did comply with the rules). In that case, the full amount will be refunded via PayPal within a reasonable timeframe, after coordinating through the contact channels in section 7.

If you publish an ad with a link, you are solely responsible for the content of the page you link to. Eternally automatically shows a preview (image, title, and description) pulled from your own site, but does not review or take responsibility for the full content of external pages.
To verify each payment, we store the name provided, the message, the amount, and the PayPal transaction reference. This data is used solely for internal verification and is never sold or shared with third parties.
